Great taste and highly effective. it works very well as a sleep aid, and i would definitely recommend it.

I take these for post-workout recovery, and they work wonders! my muscle soreness is way less, and they help me wind down after busy days. the high absorption formula means i feel the effects quickly, and the 400mg per serving gives me just the right boost. my favorite magnesium supplement by far!
