Refund & Return Policy
At MeritSell, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- Include all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. When applicable, a return shipping label may be provided.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, health, customization, and manufacturing reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Health & Beauty products
- Skincare products
- Supplements
- Personal Health products
- Makeup
- Coffee
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Because these items are custom-made specifically for each order, they cannot be returned for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hoodies
- Sweatshirts
- T-Shirts
- Caps
- Blankets
- Comforters
- Curtains
- Phone Cases
- Pillows
- Coffee Mugs
Additional Non-Returnable Items
We also do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Gift cards
International Orders
All international orders are considered final sale.
Due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and international logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@meritsell.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, where applicable under EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that this statutory right may not apply to customized, personalized, sealed hygiene products once opened, or other items exempt under applicable EU law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at sales@meritsell.com.
