The item was delivered by royal mail. They left it in a completely unsecured location, and i couldn’t find it at first. It later turned out that my neighbour picked it up because he saw it had been left in an unsafe place.
Additionally, the product appears to have a manufacturing defect. It overheated and broke after roughly one use, essentially burning itself out. The hot, melted plastic also ruined my clothes, as it stuck to my trousers and hoodie.
