7 day return policy — Easy Returns & Fast Refunds
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Meritsell will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
- No returns for international orders: Meritsell does not accept returns for any clothing orders shipped outside of the U.S..
- Quality issues: If the item has a quality issue or defect, contact Meritsell customer support.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 –10 business days.
- Meritsell will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
