It arrived in very good condition and my dog loved it; it's easy to wash and doesn't shed lint.

They sent me the wrong item and didnt want to full refund me, they let you talk to ai agent that says the same every time. very disrespectful and bad service for their customers.

It is a comfortable, spacious bed for small breeds, has no unpleasant odor, and comes very soft.
I put another one underneath so that it's not directly on the floor.

I liked it, however it sheds a lot of hair, doesn't have much filling, and the cover cannot be removed for washing.

It's the size I ordered, perfect for my small dog.
