I use one stick after workouts and it helps me stay refreshed throughout the day. the watermelon flavor tastes great and is not overly sweet.

I’ve tried so many sports drinks before, but they left me bloated or crashing hard. These sticks are different! The formula includes caffeine with l-theanine for steady energy, plus magnesium, calcium, and vitamins to support hydration. I mix one with water every morning, and it keeps me focused and hydrated all day. The watermelon flavor is delicious, and the powder dissolves instantly with no clumps. I’ve already recommended this to friends, and they’re all loving the results too!
